Cancellations

Free more than 24 h in advance: full refund. Between 24 h and 3 h before pickup, 50 % is refunded. With less than 3 h there is no refund, because the slot can no longer be given to anyone else. For a no-show there is no refund. Tips are always refunded in full.

Waiting time

Waiting starts when the driver reaches the pickup point, not at the booked time: if the driver is late, you do not pay for those minutes. 10 minutes are included at a normal pickup and 45 at an airport or station. Beyond that, 28.00 € per hour of waiting, charged by the minute: it is not rounded up to the hour. After 25 minutes of waiting the service may be recorded as a no-show, with the corresponding cancellation policy.

Paperwork

Every trip runs under a valid Spanish VTC authorisation, with the route sheet issued and filed before it starts.
