How does a company book and pay at the end of the month?

You open an account with the company's tax ID and legal name, and from then on bookings need no payment up front: at month end we issue one invoice with a line per trip. The price is the same as for anyone else; what changes is when and how you pay, and that accounting receives one document instead of thirty.

Who is it for?

For whoever repeats: a clinic sending patients to appointments in Madrid, a hotel arranging guest transfers, a company with visitors landing at Barajas, an agency running excursions. In all of those, paying by card for each trip is the problem, not the solution.

What is needed to open one?

Tax ID, legal name and registered address, an email for invoices and a contact phone. Nothing else. The licence holder approves the account, usually the same day, and from then on the pay-monthly option appears when booking.

The tax ID is not red tape: an invoice to a company is a full invoice, and without the recipient's tax details it is not one — so without it we cannot issue the document the company needs.

What does the monthly invoice contain?

One line per trip, with its date, route and amount, and the total with VAT broken out. It carries sequential numbering, a chained fingerprint and a verification code, like every invoice in the system, and downloads as a PDF.

If the company needs a different split — by cost centre, by project, two invoices a month — say so when opening the account and it is set up that way from the start.

Frequently asked questions

Is the price different from booking on the website?

No. The price is the same anyone sees, with the same surcharges and conditions. What changes is the payment method and the document you receive.

Can anyone in the company book?

Yes, quoting the account when booking. Each trip records both the traveller's name and the name of whoever requested it, which is what later allows splitting the cost by department.

And if there are no trips in a month?

No invoice and no fee: there is nothing fixed. The account costs nothing to keep open.
